• Providing access to the Biovève demonstration experience
• Sending updates about early access opportunities, where you have given explicit consent
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) for marketing and communication purposes. Operational processing is based on KVKK Art. 5/2/f (legitimate interests of the data controller).

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to domestic or international third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, database, and messaging platforms) strictly for operational purposes, in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9 and applicable KVKK Board decisions. Your data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained until the processing purpose is no longer applicable or until you request deletion. Marketing data is retained only while your consent remains valid.
